ACS is with you at every step of the way, from the initial consultation to the final selection. We provide you with a brief on each of the short listed carers and guide interview questions, wage negotiations and contract details to ensure a smooth transition into your family's routine.
Our support continues beyond placing a carer, we will keep in contact throughout the trial period to see how your carer is settling into the new role and will also make contact closer to the end of the trial to see if you would like to proceed with a more permanent arrangement with your carer.
