Abracadabra Childcare Services ('ACS') have been providing quality childcarer's, nannies & babysitters to families across Sydney since 1999. 'ACS' is owned and managed by Felicity Gray who has had 15 years experience working within the Industry where she has worked as a nanny both overseas and with various familiies throughout Sydney.

ACS has a very thorough interviewing and reference check procedure, including the Working with Children Check clearance which includes a Police Records Check. All of our carers need to be First Aid Trained and carry a minimum of 2 years experience working with children. They also need to provide us with details of previous employers so we can carry out verbal reference checks.

The agency assists Childcare Professionals, Nannies, Mothercraft Nurses and Babysitters to gain permanent and casual employment. We hope to provide our Carers with positive work experiences through regular assignments or permanent employment.

The candidates that we send to you come to us through a multitude of avenues. Some are career Nannies or Mothercraft Nurses, others may be the Mothers of children themselves, many are qualified and others have vast experience with young children. Some candidates will fit all of these groups. All of our carers have satisfied our requirements as to being a competent childcarer with the ability to think on their feet and manage every day as well as out-of-the ordinary childcare situations. You will always be given an honest assessment of each candidate capabilities and background.
